Advice regarding an unusual "event" report

it sounds like that particular file is no longer on the pc or
it has been moved.

what you might try to do is a clean boot and eliminate
all the non microsoft programs and services from
starting up at boot time.

if the error is not longer produced then you have
successfully corrected the problem.

the task is then to figure out which startup or service
is trying to utilize that dll.

another method you might try is to initiate a system
restore point and restore your pc to a time when it
was error free.

however, I would first try the clean boot method.

Reduce the number of questions, trial and error troubleshooting
methods, further guessing about what it might be and what might work
by supplying more information:

What Internet Browser are you using and what is the version? (IE6,
IE7, IE8, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)

Click Start, Run and in the box enter:

msinfo32

Click OK, and when the System Summary info appears, click Edit, Select
All, Copy and then paste
back here.

There would be some personal information (like System Name and User
Name) or whatever appears to
be only your business that you can delete from the paste..
