AppUpWrapper.dll

Downloaded a game called Angry Birds and when I try to unzip the file to load the game I get this error:
The program can't start because "AppUpWrapper.dll" is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this proble.

I've tried to find this program on the net, no luck. After I find it will it install automatically?
I am trying to install it on Windows 7, 64bit.
