Weird error: "Entry Point Not Found"

Ok, a really weird Windows 2000 error for you:
A few minutes ago, I started my computer,
and the following error message box popped up:

Title bar:
FlashUtil10b.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Message:
(white X in red circle)
The procedure entry point GetSystemWow64DirectoryA
could not be located in the dynamic link library
KERNEL32.dll

Now, I haven't installed any new software recently, unless
one of my programs (EI? FF?) downloaded and installed
a new Flash plugin without my knowledge, so this came as
a surprise.

I've never heard of "GetSystemWow64DirectoryA" in my life.
Is this actually a function built into Kernel32.dll?
Or is the calling program buggy, perhaps mis-spelling the
name of whatever function it's trying to call, or perhaps
looking in the wrong DLL?

Anyone here even HEAR of a function called
"GetSystemWow64DirectoryA"? (Or, for that matter,
"FlashUtil10b.exe", though I imagine it's part of
a Flash plugin for something.) Just curious.
