license key not verified

I purchased the license key and when I go to record I get this message "the application is unable to verify the key. Check your Internet connection and try again.". My internet connection works fine. How to solve the problem?

Hello.

That error message usually comes up when there's a firewall blocking communication between the program and our server. Follow these two steps and it should work fine.

1. Make an exception in your Windows Firewall settings to allow traffic to and from our software. You do that inside settings of the firewall.
2. Temporary disable your firewall while registering the Fixer. When it's done, remember to activate the firewall again.
