msikvv32.dll (?)

This is the very first time I encountered this and I really have no idea how this happened. I also searched on Google and sad to say that there isn't a single search result for this DLL error. Well, this is what's happening. Whenever and after my PC boots, I'm always welcomed with an error "Unable to load msikvv32.dll. Access denied." Please help me resolve this problem and please bare with me for I am just new to the forums. Thanks in advanced.
