Post subject: rundll error message
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>win2000>general (more info?)

I have been having issues with my monitor blacking out, and today I recieve
the error message rundll error specific module was not found (pwrmonit.dll)

What can I do to fix it?

That dll is for IBM thinkpad battery monitor. You might try reinstalling the
chipset and or manufacturer driver set.

I just replace the battery 1 week ago because it was bad (would not hold a
charge)

Is that something I can down load?

Chipset = mobo manufacturer's driver set for any integrated hardware. Check
their web site or post the details of your hardware and someone can help.
