unable to search

I am very new to this site and have a question.

I have just purchased DLL-Files Fixer and get a error message when I click the "Install DLL Files" button. Upon typing in a search term (I am looking for atl90.dll) it says "Unable to Search! Please check your internet connection and try again." However, my internet connection is working fine. Is there something I'm missing? Please help!
