Forum - DLL-files.com

I have just joined (and paid) because I am having a problem installing a Samsung android product (Kies) on my Windows XP laptop. I get an error number "Ox9004702" with description "Failed to load DLL: mssetupaddin.dll" . Having signed up I now find that DLL-files does not have this DLL which I can download. This is actually not a unique problem so I am dissapointed having parted with my $30.

Can any kind soul on here assist please?
