Hello,

I'm trying to install a program but it keeps saying that I'm missing node.dll and ffmpeg.dll from my computer. I bought the License Key from your website and downloaded both files. I tried reinstalling this program and it continues to tell me that I'm missing both of these .dll files. I tried reinstalling both files again, but the website does recognize that I already have both files in. Do you have any idea of what else I can do?

To help you, I would need some more information regarding your error.

What is the exact and complete error message you get regarding these files?
When do you get the errors?
Which program is requesting the files?

What have you tried so far for solving this error?

Try installing the dll files to the same folder as the program requesting them.

Search for, and select the file you need.

Switch to "Advanced view" to select version and install location.
