I am using Windows XP Proffesional with SP2 I am receiving the following error message: C:\Windows\System32\shell32.dll Access is denied. I go to control panel and attempt to use some of the features and get this error message on everything. Please help and I appreciate your support and suggestions.

I am using Windows XP Proffesional with SP3

I went to Control Panel and attempted to open Add/REmove.

Instead, I got the following error message:

ERROR LOADING

C;\Windows\system\shell32.dll

Could someone suggest a fix for this error message
