DLL Missing

Hello. I was in the process of installing the lightscribe simple labeler plus other lightscribe program only to be told this." The system dll user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation accured because the dll C:\windows\ system32\shell32dll occupied an address range reserved for window system dll"s. The vendor suppling the dll should be contacted for a new dll. Many Thanks. Terry Horton.
