Xlive.dll eror

hi
i just installed a new game on my win7 64bit
first it asked for xlive.dll i installed it then it want another file i installed that too
then it gave me this eror :
The ordinal 5372 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll.
what should i do?
can u send me an email?
