Need help

Hi guys, Im having trouble with sound in some games, and after some research Im almost sure the problem is directx. For exemple, in Shadow of Mordor I dont have sound in cutscenes, but normal sound in game. In Resident Evil 6 I dont have any sound. All my drivers are updated. Have Windows 10 64 bits. Do you know some dll files especific for sound? Or any tips what to do? Thanks in advance.
