Problema a la hora de descargar vcruntime140.dll

Cuando descargo vcruntime140.dll, no me envía directamente a la descarga sino que me refresca la pagina nuevamente. Que solución me pueden traer o es falla del link de la pagina, espero que me ayude pronto. Muchas gracias.
