Right before re-installing the software/file,go to run,type:services.msc
In msc,scroll to windows installer,double click,set to run "auto" start from
manual,start the service,exit msc.

Hi Andrew E

Many thanks for your help. I ran this and the sage program still came
back with the error that it could not install the msxml3.dll file.

I tried the program anyway and it works but there is a fault. When you
click on a window to close it shuts down the whole sage program. I can
work around this by leaving all the windows open but it would be nice to
get it to work properly. If you have any more ideas on getting the
msxml3.dll file to register that would be great.
