Hello Manni,

The file d3d9.dll is a common file, used by many programs.

If the file is currently in use, you will npot be able to overwrite it.

Instead, try installing it to the folder of the program requesting it.
Ex. C:\Program Files (x86)\"program name"\d3d9.dll

Start Client
Search for, and select, file to install.
Switch to "Advanced View", top right corner.
Select version to install.
Use "Browse" to find and select install folder.
Install.

For more details, please send more information;
What is the exact and complete error message you you are trying to resolve regarding this file?
When do you get this error?
Which program is requesting this file? Look for "program".EXE in error message.

What have you tried so far for solving this error?

Which version of Windows are you using?

Best regards
Erik

Hallo Erik,

it was not to be headlined to me possibly the file. On Sunday I had tried it by force and had simply installed Windows10 and the system completely anew. Now thereby everything runs again as intended.

In the file of the play this has not existed d3d9.dll. The Game uses here probably the available files of Windows10.

The Game are "Zuma´s Revenge" and "Bejeweled3"

Best regards

Manni
