MPR.DLL - Error prevents client from installing

I bought the client to fix the mpr.dll error on a Windows 10 Laptop
I cannot get the client to install due to the mpr.dll error - I fear I have wasted the money on this

I'd begin with the highest version, but you could also choose the version matching your Windows version.

5.1 - Windows XP
6.0 - Windows Vista
6.1 - Windows 7
6.2 - Windows 8
6.3 - Windows 8.1
10 - Windows 10
