I keep getting the above subject appear as a pop up and informs me that they cannot find the dll, how do I get rid of it?

Apparently, the aaresources.dll is a part of an Amazon program or browser plugin. Either "Amazon Assistant", or the "Amazon 1Button App".
Disable or uninstalling the plugin or program to solve error.
You can then re-install it if this is an application you need and use.
