I've been looking for the dll in the post title for some time now. Nowhere seems to have it, and i've even resorted to installing different versions of windows in vms to look for the file with no luck. Using the older l1-1-0 version doesn't work for me.
What little i've found of the file online claims it's in windows 10 and 11, but on any of my installs, being on my workstation laptop and my desktop, its nowhere to be found. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I wouldn't mind just being told a version number of windows that has it, so i can find it myself in the files.
What version of windows does API-MS-WIN-RTCORE-NTUSER-PRIVATE-L1-1-4.DLL come from?

Starting with Windows 8 and expanded significantly in Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft refactored system binaries to use API Sets.
