I don't have to explain anything, you the one wanting this info. Do
it yourself. If you want testing do it yourself. If you want proof
do it yourself. I don't have the time.
If you read my post earlier, you would of read that the msfn forums
recommends not to install the Dx files if you don't have net framework
installed, another poster does disagree with that, said they should
be installed as well.
I still personal believe that if it is the same file and they are
patched, it should work on 98se and may even be better security but I
myself don't believe it would create more vulnerabilities like you
claim.
I have been using 98se unofficial update without any problems. It is
just basically Microsoft update rolled into one. (I extracted files
to look at them)
