Hi there!!!

I am getting the following error when using windows update site.

"Files required to use Windows Update are no longer registered or installed on your computer."

To continue:
a) Register or reinstall the files for me now (Recommended)
b) Let me read about more steps that might be required to solve the problem.

Can somebody help?????

While using Windows update, i also receive error message as "Files required to use Windows Update are no longer registered or installed on your computer".

Then, i find one of the online site as http://www.completepcpedia.com/windows_update.html that include complete solution to fix this issue.

You can check it out. I think, it will be useful for you as well.
