New DLL error - no details available on the website

I checked for the following DLL error message on your website but no details are provided to fix it up;

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\d3dHelpPlay\CompatHelplib.dll

I am having Windows Vista Service Pack 2 with latest updates and using
ESET (NOD32) antivirus (registered version) with a purchased copy of
the Malwarebytes but none is detecting/deleting it.

The Malwarebytes cant detect/delete the spyware DLL error message.

Could you please release a fix-up patch to this threat?
