Ship Simulator DLL issues!

I currently got the Ship Simulator Extreme game...but its missing:
CustomCommand.dll
CustomValueOperator.dll
MWDRCC.dll
I wish I could get the reimage, I scanned and have some things I wish to be fixed, sadly I can not afford it right now.
Any ideas on how to get these dlls?.
I have reinstalled many times...seems others get the same issue to!
