This is the error message I get over and over. Unable to open up many internet related files and difficult to open internet explorer.

Can you give us better explanation to your problem? what is the DLL file name you are having problem with? Is it KEBJP.dll !?

Also, what program are you trying to run that gives you this message? the path you have provided seems to be very strange. Please give us better explanation to your error!
