At the startup "file msinoq32.dll not able to load, module not found"..trying to find what this was supposed to be and how to fix it but without success..even tried SpeedyPC and RegistryBooster..
Found out that in the sys manager there are like 5 files of Internet Explorer loaded at the same time..causing Explorer to bock

anyway i blocked startup loading in sys manager and it seems to be working fine..but nevertheless i would still like to know whats the use of the file..
