How do i find out my licence code.

Hey my mum brought this and i installed and used the licence key provided in the email however i need to format my pc and reinstall dll fixer so i went to find the email and my mum had deleted it so now when i come to reinstalling i shall have no licence key. Is their any way i can find this out again i will be very grateful to anyone who can help thanks
