Hello!
Having problems with .DLL file, because i'm trying to install LoL.
I do not have admin rights, so i can't change anything in the system32 folder:(
I can't install the fix either, because of the admin rights:(
regsvr32 "filename".DLL does not work in cmd.
Any possible way i can get the file installed without admin rights?
Can't install DirectX, because of admin either

There's no way to bypass admin rights. Furthermore, if DirectX isn't already installed on the computer, and you can't install it, there's no way you'll be able to play that game. DirectX is more than just a few DLL-files.
