Tier0.dll

Hi im new to this forum but have a big problem.
I want to start a old game called the settlers but it tells me that it cant find something in tier0.dll.
eg.:?Get@CthreatLocalBase@@QBEPAXXZ
I already installed diffrent tier0.dlls i found, but none of them had this.

I hope you can help me and if not who else could?
