Help, sent an email to support on this matter awhile ago but no reply. I am tring to re-install my DLL program but each I try it tells my keycode is already in use.

If I remember correctly I first tried to contact you about a week ago, I contacted you recently and I have had a reply. I was told that licence only last for 12 months which I find a bit strange, were as normally when you purchase a product the licence stay with the product without having to buy second licence, I do agree that there are some product that require a yearly fee but in this case I was not aware of that if that is the case then I will not be renewing the licence as I very rarely use it.
