I hope someone can help. I bought an upgrade to improve my computer speed and hasn't worked in fact my screen is just a blank yellow screen and I cant find a support phone number. Help me!

no Icons but it is all in there I think Have re-installed DLL but no one free to chat.

Support is normally manned 10-18 CET.
