this file is not in the dll files
I have been directed to download a video player for the AVTECH IP cctv system which I have done but in running the software it indicated that my computer ddid not have the file avc_ax_nvr_jpeg.dll But in going through the directory this file does not exist. Is there a file that that can perform the same function? please help

Unfortunately we do not have this file available at this time. Please use our request form here:

That way, the file will be put on priority and you will receive an automatic notification as soon as we have it available for download.
I believe this file should be installed with your video software. Try re-installing, and make sure your antivirus does not interfere with the install.
