Can't install dll files

Every time i try to install a dll file it says: there is some problem in downloading the DLL on your system.At first time wen i tried to install a DLL it worked but it wont work.
when i press the install button it's giving me that error.What should i do??

This error typically comes either when the license key is invalid, in use on another system, or similar. Please send us a message at support@dll-files.com and we will try to track down the source for you!

You need a license key to use the program, they can be purchased from our website. If you already have one and this error message appears anyway, contact our support team for help!
