app will not register with supplied key

Post by ivan21 »

Hi team,
I just purchased dll files to fix a problem which was preventing me registering another app which had a dll problem.
Bad karma
dll files would not register because of error message ""internet connection not found"" see the screenshot.
so now I have 2 apps which will not register
internet is working fine and I have given the app permission to bypass the firewall.
Does anyone have any clues. I am running win10pro and chrome

Hello Ivan21,

By posting your key, you might have given your license to the whole internet.

When getting an error that the DLL-Files.com Client is unable to reach the Internet, one or other software on your computer could be blocking the Clients connection to the Internet. Please make sure the Client is allowed through any and all security software you may be using. This includes Windows firewall, other firewalls, anti virus software, live protection, and so on.

If you are certain no software is actively blocking the DLL-Files.com Client, try resetting your Internet Explorer settings.

How to reset Internet Explorer settings

Close any Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer windows that are currently open and close the application.
Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer OR Run Internet Explorer from a shortcut.
Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab, and then click Click “Restore advanced settings”.
Click “Reset”
A new dialog appears on clicking Reset: Select the Delete personal settings check box if you would like to remove browsing history, search providers, Accelerators, home pages, and InPrivate Filtering data. Click Reset.
When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the settings, Press “Apply” and “OK” button
Close Internet Explorer and restart computer.
