putting a warning on my laptop that i need to download dll

every time i start my laptop this shit coms on my skreen. i never ordert anything and can,t get it away. the messig says that my program can,t start. and stops evrithing till i clict 2x on the message and then on the x. how is this possible and is it inpossible to send a complain about this to the company. cris koerts
