File to activate my Windows 7

Please: Every time I download skype it ask me that my windows requires the following program:
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll.

Please could you let me know how to download this program

To use latest version of Skype, first make sure you are up to date with Windows updates.

Latest version of Skype needs "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable".

If using a 32bit (x86) Windows system, install the 32bit (x86) version.
If using a 64bit (x64) Windows system, install both the 32bit (x86), and the 64bit (x64) versions.

You might also need to install or re-install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable", available at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... le-package

If install complains that this package is already installed, do "Repair" or un-install before installing.

Some errors regarding api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-0-0.dll are solved by installing the "Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows"
