dependencies not installing? wont load client

I have tried downloading this client after purchasing it several times now and it keeps telling me the error the dependencies wont load and to do it manually with a lit of supposed ones that wont load and there isn't anything in the damn list. I bought this thing cause I am missing a dll file and now this damn thing wont friggin load to fix it ugh.

To use the DLL-Files.com Client, you need Microsoft .NET 3.5 installed.
The DLL-Files.com Client installer is supposed to install this, but sometimes seems to struggle.

Make sure you are fully up to date with Windows Updates.

You could also try manually installing the .NET 3.5 Framework;

tried both the links and installer says I already have it or a higher one already installed. think I will just take a refund
