Missing XINPUT1_3 in GTA5

I had download the GTA 5 game and install it but when i try to open the Application its shows that XINPUT1_3.dll was not found. So can you please give me this file.

Sir, Their is So many XINPUT1_3 and i don't know which one will run in GTA 5.

You can usually pick the highest version. In time of writing this, it's version 9.18.944.0.
