Insufficient permissions

I tried to play grounded from the windows store and this dll error: https://ibb.co/LdKNgFz So i got the client to hopfuly replace the broken dll but it says Insufficient permissions https://ibb.co/Nyrfc9F i iv'e tryed to take ownership over the folders and files but it still dosn't work
