Problem with DX9 DLL error

I recently downloaded south park: Sticks of Truth and I've been encountering a problem. This problem seems to be old, as there is already a page that says how you can fix this: https://www.dll-files.com/dx9.dll.html. One problem is that running the game directly from that folder now doesn't specify which DLL is problematic, itn just repeats the Failed to load DX9 DLL error message. What can I do to find out which DLL file is problematic?
