Hello, I was changing my Windows 7 icons to that of windows 10 and I also wanted to change the "shell32" but for that I needed a special permission that I granted myself thanks to the setting finally short the result is that after restarting the system I come across different error messages and I do not know how to adjust them because I no longer have any access to my pc , thank you to those who will try to help me

Oh yes also the error messages are:
Utilman.exe/AtBroker.exe/explorer.exe
Can't start the program because it's missing msvcp_winn.dll on your computer. Try reinstalling the program to correct this problem.
