kerbase dll file error

Event-id 1000 and 1001 are now commanly produced in my event vierwer,
i noticed it mentions KERNELBASE.dll .
its making some applications to crash at start ans these eventid's are generated..
i have kernalbase in my system folder.
also sfc check come empty.
can anybody help?
