Could Not Reach Server Error

I have just purchased the DLL-Files Client and am attempting to re-install a VCRunTime140_1.dll file after an issue appeared following the installation of an After Effects plugin. When I hit the Register button (after entering the license key) I get this error message: "Could not reach server. Please verify that no antivirus program or Firewall is blocking traffic and try again." All this AFTER I have paused my virus software and Windows Defender Firewall. Please help as I don't have access to my programs due to this missing file and clients are calling.

The last couple of days we have had some technical problems with registering license keys that are affecting some users.
Our tech guys are working on solving the problem.
