api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll error while running playit

I am not able to run PLAYit on my laptop (Windows 7). It says "The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll."

Please help.
