Can't copy msvcp140.dll

Hi everyone from my first topic in this forum.
I would like to install Autodesk 3DSMax on the PC and it requires the msvcp140.dll file. I downloaded it. When I try to copy the file in System32 folder the error message tells me that it's impossible because the folder or a file inside the folder is alredy opened in another process. How can I try?
