Unable to load Need for Speed game on PC

After installing need for speed, I tried to open the game,the pop says; MSV1160CP10.dll is missing

Please help out

So,when i went to sleep,i quited the game,then turned off my computer.The next day,i wanted to get in my file,then it wrote: "Unable to load (name!". What i have to do to get back my Save File?I was near the end,and i didnt really want to restart it.
