I also could not open some programs because of 0xc00007B missing. I ended up upgrading from windows 7 to windows 10 and I have not encountered this problem since.

0xc000007b is just a hexadecimal number, meaningless without context (and probably meaningless with context as well), so that’s a read herring.

The best solution I can recommend is, if a piece of application software on a personal computer (I’m assuming that’s what you’re talking about) is malfunctioning, then uninstall it and use a different brand of software instead.
