RunDLL error with PfepT_Xamusb.dll

Hi guys, this is probably the first time i can not fix the issue with .dll, but i haven't came across this particular file ever in the past and i got no idea what is it for.
Tried to google it and find out what is its purpose, but even google got no records about it lol !
Hope that u guys got some info about it...
