I have windows 10 and the operating system continues to notify me that several programs cease to function. A file is missing and needs to be replaced msvcp140.com.
One application that requires the file to be reinstalled is 'uTorrent Web'
My anti-virus program, Panda Dome, is also missing this doll file and I can't Uninstal this program.

Ste 1:Find Location Of Your Anti-virus folder
Step 2:Then Download msvcp140.dll in dll-files.com
step 3:open your Anti-virus folder again and paste it msvcp140.dll you downloaded
