I've began uploading DLLs to the website. Have started scouting through old installations of Windows and created an organized structure of all sorts of DLLs, I've uploaded some esoteric DirectX files found in modern Windows installations but those DLLs are yet to surface in the search results.

What's the process that takes place before a DLL is available to the public? Is it manual inspection or the upload form is broken?

There's a manual decision to add a new filename to the website. But we automate a lot of steps before we manually make the files available for the public to download.
