uplay_r164.dll was not found

I just downloaded 32 gb Assassin's creed unity Fatgirl repack and installed. First I played it for an hour but the next day when I clicked on app it says uplay_r164.dll was not found, reinstall game. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem is the same. I tried to download uplay_r164.dll and pasted it into sys32 file, winsys...files and even in the game, but no results, the same error. By the way the asked dll programm exists in game files.
